FinTech FAQ
-
How much does a fintech project cost?
Fixed-scope work runs from $4,500 for a focused piece up to $27,000+ for a full product. Ongoing work runs on monthly plans from $2,490. Regulated flows, providers and back-office screens move the number, page count does not.
-
How long does it take?
A marketing or launch site is 2 to 3 weeks. A product with onboarding, KYC and transfers is 2 to 4 months from first wireframe to launch. Compliance review cycles on your side usually set the real date.
-
Do you handle compliance?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who says yes. We design the surfaces your compliance and legal team sign off, and we build to the spec they give us. We do not advise on licensing and we certify nothing.
-
Can you design a KYC flow people actually finish?
That is the whole job. Drop-off in KYC is where fintech loses accounts, so the flow is designed around the document step, the retry, the rejection message and the wait — not around the happy path with a perfect passport photo.
-
Do you integrate payment providers?
Yes. Gateways, card issuers, KYC vendors, ledgers and the webhooks between them. The point is that the money path and the audit trail behave as one system rather than four services stitched at the interface.
-
What about accessibility?
Contrast, focus order, keyboard paths and properly labelled fields are part of the build, not a later pass. If a regulator needs a formal WCAG audit, that is a specialist engagement — we fix against their report.
