What should I have ready before I write?

Less than you’d think. What the product is, what’s broken or missing, and roughly when it needs to be live. Screenshots, a Figma link or an old spec help but aren’t required — a rough brief today beats a polished one in three weeks.

How do you arrive at a price?

Three ways, depending on how well the scope is known. Fixed price for a defined scope, from $4,500. $65 an hour when the scope genuinely can’t be pinned down upfront. Or a monthly subscription from $2,490 if you need a steady stream of work rather than one project. The estimate comes after we understand the scope — a number quoted blind is a number that changes later.

What happens after launch?

The build isn’t the end of it. Support retainers start at $500 a month — ten hours, Slack access, same-day response, and $50 an hour instead of the $65 ad-hoc rate. Plenty of clients skip it and come back when they need something; that’s fine too. We don’t make support a condition of the build.

Do you work in our timezone?

We’re in Kyiv, GMT+2: four hours of overlap with US Eastern every working day, and a full working day with the UK and EU. Our most distant client is in Sydney, so it’s solvable either way — we just tell you upfront which hours are real instead of promising round-the-clock.
