Yes. Zero contact with your client, no Tresor marks on anything we hand over, and an NDA signed before onboarding — as the first step, not on request. Everything ships under your brand.
Who owns the code and the design files?
You do. IP transfers as work is delivered, not at the end of the project — the source is never leverage. Repositories, design files and full source come to you piece by piece.
Will you approach our client directly?
No. Non-poaching runs both ways: we don’t approach your clients, you don’t approach our specialists. It’s in the agreement, not implied.
Which technologies do you take under white label?
UI/UX design, WordPress — ACF, WooCommerce, custom themes, migrations — and Webflow. React, Next.js and Node are not part of the white-label offer. We keep those for direct work, and we’d rather say so than take on something we’d run at half attention.
How much does your day overlap with ours?
We’re in Kyiv, EU timezone: four hours of overlap with US Eastern every working day, more with the UK and EU. Your specialist works in your tools — Slack, Jira, ClickUp, your repositories — and joins your stand-ups.
What if we need to stop, or the person isn’t the right fit?
No minimum term: a month’s notice and we stop, no penalty. If a specific person isn’t right, we replace them within 10 working days rather than asking you to live with it.
How fast can you start?
We give you a real start date on the call, once we know the role. We don’t publish a number we can’t hold for every hire — most of our competitors publish one anyway, and most of them miss it.
